Bill Horan is a partner in Horan Brothers Agricultural Enterprises. He currently serves on the National Corn Growers Association Public Policy Team, ISU State Extension Council, as a board member of the United States Grain Council, and on the Board of Directors of the National Corn Growers Association.

Mr. Horan is past president of the Iowa Corn Growers Association and the Calhoun County Farm Bureau. Mr. Horan received a BS from South Dakota State University.
